Today, me, Celestial, Denise, and a new friend, Courtney, took our kids to Bonnie Springs. I haven't been to this place since I was a kid, but its exactly as I remembered it. The kids had such a blast!
We first went to the petting zoo. Bella didn't know how to feel about the animals being so close to her at first, but she quickly warmed up to it and loved looking at all of the animals. She never touched them and I was glad because I was scared one of the animals would bite her.

The kids loved that prairie dog. He was letting them touch him and feed him.
Poor Deagan got bit by him.
Bella was amazed by the lamas. I really like this picture.
Bella loved these guys most of all. I can't remember what they were though.
As it was time to leave the zoo, she got really upset. She didn't want to leave.
After lunch and the fun little western show, we explore the rest of the town.
We found this and they all loved spinning around on it.
Before leaving, we got pics of the kids one last time.

We had a lot of fun. Jett was with us too, if you were wondering.
He slept through most of our outing.
For only $5, I would definitely go back again.
I'm so bummed I didn't come with you! Milo would've loved it. Aaron and I have been trying to get out there for a couple weeks now but we keep forgetting! haha.

ReplyDeleteI didnt know Bonnie springs was only $5.00??? We are always looking for different places to go for playgroup that are not too expensive. Cool.
